We apologise for the outage this afternoon.

Following further investigation, we can confirm that, contrary to our initial assessment when the incident was raised, the issue was not related to our LD8 POP. Instead, it was caused by an unforeseen consequence of ongoing decommissioning work at our DC5 data centre, a project which is now nearing completion.

Connectivity services remained unaffected throughout the incident. Some VoIP services experienced a brief interruption, which was resolved once devices automatically re-registered. A small number of services required manual intervention before full restoration was completed.
